What to Expect
If you are feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, or have difficulty coping due to stress in our current political climate, please know that you are not alone. Action is the antidote to despair, and we invite you to join us as we take action together to find calm in these times in a supportive space.
We are hosting a gathering focused on education and healing. During this session, we will explore what happens to the nervous system during distress and discuss practical tools to manage it. We will provide a nourishing space to share feelings while staying grounded, ensuring everyone feels heard and seen. The session will include an hour of soft, calming body movement and breathwork designed to help you leave with a regulated nervous system.
We will provide carefully curated snacks and teas specifically chosen to calm the nervous system and help eliminate inflammation in the body and brain.
We look forward to supporting each other in this healing space.
