Anxieties Counseling in Vancouver, Washington

Do you have a fear that is holding you back from being the best you that you can be?

Is it difficult being in social situations? Do you want to be able to relax and enjoy your time with friends and loved ones? Is there a difficult time in your life that you would like to begin to explore that is causing you so much discomfort that you have been avoiding it? I can help you. Together we can determine the source of your anxiety and begin to work toward managing this difficult roller coaster ride life of yours. I will help you learn the tools you need to be successful managing your life and your emotions.

Anxiety has been explained to me as an "emotional roller coaster", "a debilitating disability", "something that I feel I cannot control'. Breaking the cycle of anxiety can be difficult if you do not have the right tools. Sometimes all it takes is a different perspective, a new technique, or backing up a bit to look at the bigger picture. It can take a professional, standing by your side, to help you navigate this difficult time.

Please allow me to be that person for you. I would be happy to speak with you and begin to help you learn how to gain control over your life, sometimes even for the first time.

I look forward to meeting you soon.

"People have a hard time letting go of their suffering. Out of a fear of the unknown, they prefer suffering that is familiar."

“Jennifer took time to get to know both of us, our individual goals and priorities, as well as our relationship goals. Appointments with her provide an opportunity to improve our communication in a safe and guided environment. We have been able to work through a very difficult time in our relationship and now we are much stronger as a couple and a team because of Jennifer's encouragement, guidance, and support.”
